If payment is made via bank transfer, we retain invoice details and payment history for a minimum of six (6) years in compliance with UK tax and accounting laws.

  • Billing and payment records, including invoices and late payment history: Retained for a minimum of six (6) years in compliance with UK tax and accounting laws.
  • Bank transfer payment records, including invoices, transaction details, and late payment history, are retained for at least six (6) years to comply with financial and legal requirements.
  • If you fail to make a payment, overdue invoices and late payment records may be retained for at least six (6) years for legal and financial compliance.
After the retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
